​HOW DO WE SET UP AN APPOINTMENT FOR MONTGOMERY COUNTY ROOFING?
E-mail or call to set up an appointment, the owner will meet at your property to look over the work and discuss problems and end goals.

ARE PHILADELPHIA ROOFING ESTIMATES FREE?
Yes, the vast majority of estimates are free, however we reserve the right to charge a mutually agreed upon amount to inspect homes which are under contract to realtors or involve excessive time due to size or location.

HOW LONG DOES THIS TAKE?
The average time to visit property for a Philadelphia home improvement estimate will take one hour for us, the homeowner should set aside 15 minutes to talk over any problems and do a walk around property. Please mention any particular concerns such as allergies,parking,pets ,working hours,and access.

WHEN CAN WE EXPECT A WRITTEN ESTIMATE?
The average time is 48 hrs. This can be lesser or greater depending on conditions, if e-mail is furnished this will speed process.

I LIKE THE ESTIMATE, WHATS NEXT?
E-mail or mail back a signed copy, be sure to indicate any options to be done or not done. Deposits as noted on estimate are required for special order non returnable items. Small deposit of $200-300 are requested for most jobs to confirm scheduling.

Yes, we are fully insured including workman's comp. liability and auto. Certificate of insurance available upon request.

ARE WE LICENSED?
Yes, we are licensed .Our contractors license for the state of Pa is PA038987. In addition we hold a contractors license with the city of Philadelphia.

ARE WE CERTIFIED BY MANUFACTURER
Yes, we hold a five star certification with Certainteed Corp. Our men usually hold a master shingle applicator status with Certainteed Corp.

WHAT AREA DO WE SERVE?
We serve the lower Montgomery County area as well as portions of Philadelphia and Bucks county. We will travel to other locations upon request.

WHO DOES THE WORK ?
We use one crew only to keep the quality at its highest level. Owner trains his own crew and is frequently on the job site.

WHAT ARE THE GUARANTEES?
Scullin Construction issues a workmanship guarantee of one year for most complete jobs. Certainteed Corp. will issue a workmanship guarantee of up to 15 years if job is registered. Manufactures issue material guarantees up to lifetime.

HOW LONG HAVE WE BEEN IN BUSINESS
Over 27 years, with the owner having over 35 years experience in the field.

CAN YOU FURNISH REFERRALS
Yes gladly, furnished upon request.

ARE WE ECO-FRIENDLY
Yes, we have recycled our scrap metal from our first days in 1985.Our dump truck and dumpsters go to a sorting facility which separates material for recycling, reducing amount going to landfill. We use recycled material in our roofing and carpentry business. We are happy to discuss energy saving material and solar installations.
