Based in Glenside, Pa., Paul Scullin opened his Philadelphia home improvement business in 1985. He saw this as an opportunity to use the years of experience he had accumulated in various construction fields, commercial roofing in Philadelphia, residential roofing in Montgomery County, siding, carpentry and guttering as well as his training in accounting and business, to provide an essential service.
In his years of training he was careful to note what was working and particularly what wasn't working.Always with the thought that you must provide the best possible installation for your customers. It had always been clear to him ,that in the extremely harsh environment of Philadelphia nothing less than "properly installed" was good enough.
